Streatham’s Beer Festival Weekend

If, by now the election’s all become too much to bare, why not spend this weekend washing away the memory of an unbearably long campaign at The Earl Ferrar’s Beer Festival. This gem of a pub, hidden away in the back streets of Streatham South, is celebrating the 350th anniversary of the hanging of The Earl Ferrars. It begins on Friday evening at 8pm with a re-enactment of the hanging and continues on Saturday with a pinata for kids at 5pm and a banquet at 6pm.

What a brilliant story. Thanks for making this public.
You’re welcome Julia. That’s what I’m here for.
